The 7-inch length is just right for routing from the battery to the motor without extra slack getting in the way. Hooked it up to my LED and it clicked into place firmly, no fiddling needed. Makes wiring up the build feel almost too easy.
The clips grab the battery terminals nice and tight, no wiggling loose like the last wire I had. Swapped it onto my geared motor in a couple minutes and it's been running fine all week. Eighteen centimeters gave me enough slack to tuck everything away neatly.
Wasn't sure the clips would grip the terminals tight enough, but they snap on solid and haven't slipped once. The plug end fits my geared motor perfectly, so no splicing needed.
